Immediately put your bonsai Mastercard on pause. If it is paused, no more payments can be made.
If you suspect that someone has access to your entire bonsai account: change your password, deactivate your account and then log in again. Contact us immediately via our support channels.
If you have shared your card details with a friend or family member, check with these people to see who would have made a payment. Bonsai's terms and conditions state that you may not share your card details with anyone. You remain responsible for these payments and it is best to arrange this among yourselves.
