If you made a purchase on an unreliable website, please contact us with the following information:
- information about the website (URL, screenshots of goods,...)
- information about the transaction (name of merchant in the transaction overview, date, amount)
- order confirmation, shipping confirmation
- communication with the trader/website: ask for a refund, even if you think they will not answer.
With this information we can see if we can help you recover the amount. The free bonsai Mastercard has no insurance against fraud. This means that if we cannot recover the amount via a Chargeback procedure, you will lose this amount and unfortunately we cannot help you any further.

- Send us a message immediately via our support channels or via support@paybonsai.com.
- Report it to the police and send a copy of the report to us, your bank and other creditors, so that they are aware that you are a victim of identity fraud.
