There are various reasons why an online payment cannot go through. Some possible reasons are explained below.
- The payment is not allowed at this type of merchant. Here you will find more information.
- Your bonsai limit is too low. Check your limit in the "Accounts" tab
- The connection to your bank has expired/lost (your limit is - -). Reconnecting your account is the way to go here!
- Your account was blocked due to an outstanding payment. Once your account has been unblocked you can try the payment again
- You have entered incorrect card details
